The Trustees opened a satellite of their Appleton Farms (Ipswich/Hamilton) dairy store at Boston Public Market downtown. They used the high-traffic retail location to sell Appleton’s cheese and dairy products, as well as products from other craft cheese makers around the state.

• Designed and built signage to brand specifications.
• Worked with store staff to determine storage/display needs.
• Developed initial layout and sketches for furniture; managed a fabricator through the buildout.
